Hourly Rates
Circuit Mediation
First three hours are covered by a flat fee of $400, split evenly between the parties ($200 each).
Each additional hour is billed at the rate of $200 per hour, split evenly between the parties ($100 each).
Family Mediation
First three hours are covered by a flat fee of $400, split evenly between the parties ($200 each).
Each additional hour is billed at the rate of $200 per hour, split evenly between the parties ($100 each).
HOA Mediation
First three hours are covered by a flat fee of $350, split evenly between the parties ($175 each).
Each additional hour is billed at the rate of $175 per hour, split evenly between the parties ($87.50 each).
