Join us on Friday, April 25th, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST for a one-hour general CME and CLE discussing various payment plans that parties in mediation may consider to reach a full agreement including: keep-in-touch payments; ballooning payments; and front / back-end loaded payments. We will explore how to identify when a payment plan is appropriate and various factors parties typically consider such as the amount, frequency, and start date of payments.
